Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
Manage and schedule subcontractors and labor
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
Conduct inspections and quality control assessments
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction
Prepare project documentation and manage budgets

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software
Experience with commercial, rail, aviation, and renovation projects is a plus
Knowledge of green building practices and design-build processes is preferred
