Position Overview
The Superintendent Luxury Residential is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of high-end residential construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality while managing time and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury residential construction sites
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
Monitor construction progress and maintain quality control at all stages of the build
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports
Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently
Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction
Strong knowledge of custom home building processes and high-end home finishes
Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices
Proficiency in construction management software and tools
