Superintendent - Wet Utilities (RELOCATION PACKAGE OFFERED)

Compensation: 140-175K base + full benefits

Location: Projects throughout Southern California

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent for our Wet Utilities division. The ideal candidate will oversee the construction and maintenance of underground utility projects, including pipelines, sewers, and storm drains. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of wet utilities construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure that safety procedures and regulations are followed on all job sites.
Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Provide training and support to field staff and crew members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction of underground utilities.
In-depth knowledge of wet utilities, including pipelines, sewer systems, and storm drains.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
