Requirements: Significant experience as a Superintendent preferably on Gravity Sewer, Force Main Sewer, and/or Water Pipeline projects worth $10M+.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee pipeline installation projects, ensuring that operations are executed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires extensive travel to project sites and a strong background in gravity sewer and force main sewer installations, as well as water pipeline systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of pipeline projects including gravity sewer, force main sewer, and water pipelines.
Coordinate daily operations and manage site personnel to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on all job sites.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to discuss progress and resolve issues.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and quality of work being performed.
Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
Provide training and support to field staff and ensure proper use of equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent in pipeline installation projects.
In-depth knowledge of gravity sewer, force main sewer, and water pipeline systems.
Experience with 24-30 inch pipes
Based in Petersburg, VA or willing to travel to/from the area.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and pipeline installation.
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
