Title: Supply Planner - Food Manufacturing
Location: Fort Worth, TX - ON-SITE
Salary: $60k-$70k - Depending on experience
Requirements: 2+ years in Supply Chain/Account Planning, High-Speed Production, Inventory, ERP/MRP, SAP Preferred, Master Data Management, Forecasting, Customer Relations

We are a leading beverage co-packer for top beverage brands. This role is in our Fort Worth, TX location. We are incredibly proud of the strong team we have built with over 1,000 hard-working team members. Ownership continues to provide new equipment & expansive operations to all locations around the U.S. Our leadership has given ample opportunities across all locations in a variety of roles and departments including production, blending, ingredients, quality, maintenance and warehousing.

What You Will Be Doing

Utilize working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain components including forecasting, inventory
management, planning, master data management, item lifecycle and disposition, warehouse operations.
You will manage Capacity Planning and Production Priorities to ensure no shortage for
forward months demand.
Partner with other internal teams to gather input to build the demand plan based on customer requirements and materials.
Provides coaching, feedback, direction, and support to team members to achieve partner, business, and customer results.
Build and maintain a strong partnership with the customer business teams to lead the planning processes.

What You Need for this Position

2+ years in Supply Chain/Procurement Planning in Manufacturing environment
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required - experience is important
Strong EXCEL ability, skills, and knowledge
ERP/MRP experience - SAP strongly preferred
Comfortable engaging with Customers for their needs
Problem solver, analytical, ability to move quickly and efficiently with time sensitive matters
