Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and planning processes for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all tax returns while providing strategic advice to minimize tax liabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of tax regulations and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S)
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Perform research on various tax topics and provide guidance on complex tax issues
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions
Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting tax services
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
Experience with tax compliance and planning for individual and business clients
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
