Audit Manager

Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the audit process to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and perform audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit planning, and audit testing
Review and analyze financial statements, audit reports, and other accounting documents
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on accounting and auditing standards and regulations

Qualifications

CPA certification
5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
Experience in auditing Real Estate, Construction, Agribusiness, Manufacturing industries preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage teams
