Position Overview
We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performing websites using WordPress, ensuring they are optimized for functionality and user experience. This role requires a strong understanding of web development principles and design to create custom themes and features that align with our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites
Customize themes and plugins to enhance website functionality
Collaborate with designers to implement high-quality web designs from Figma mockups
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
Implement best practices for web development and design optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and WordPress
Work with cross-functional teams to support website launches and updates

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and WordPress development
Experience with SEO practices and optimizing websites for search engines
Ability to work with design tools such as Figma
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of web development best practices and methodologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with PHP, SQL, and JavaScript is a plus
