Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Antenna Design Engineer to lead our antenna design projects and drive innovation in radio frequency solutions. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and testing of advanced antenna systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of innovative antenna systems for various applications.
Conduct research to advance antenna technology and improve performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna solutions into larger systems.
Perform simulations, modeling, and testing of antenna designs to validate performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RF and antenna technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in antenna design and RF engineering in an R&D environment.
Proven expertise in antenna theory, design, and testing.
Strong knowledge of RF simulation tools and software.
Experience in leading engineering teams and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
